If you interacted with The Aura Style on Instagram, Facebook, or our website and want your automation-related data deleted, you can request deletion by contacting us.
How to request data deletion

Use this subject line: Data Deletion Request
In your email, please include:
- Your Instagram username or Facebook profile name.
- The platform where you interacted with us.
- Any details that can help us identify the interaction.
- A clear request to delete your stored automation-related data.
What data may be deleted
Depending on your interaction, we may delete stored automation-related logs such as:
- Instagram or Facebook comment IDs.
- Post or media IDs.
- Message status logs.
- Opt-out records.
- Keyword reply logs.
- Timestamps related to automation activity.
What data we do not control
The Aura Style cannot delete data stored directly by Instagram, Facebook, Google, affiliate platforms, shopping websites, or other third-party services.
To delete data from those services, users must contact the respective platform directly or use their account settings.
Processing time
We will review and delete eligible stored automation-related data within 7 business days of receiving a valid request.
Important note
The Aura Style does not sell user data and does not use Instagram or Facebook comment/message data for unrelated marketing.
